You quote the same properties over and over. Save a resort once and your version of it — your description, your photos, your private note — is one click away on every quote and itinerary you build after that.
Where your saved resorts show up: the Saved filter on Library → Suppliers, the Library picker when you're building a quote or itinerary, and the Your library shortcut beside the Hotel field on a quote option. Same list in all three places.
That's it. Saving keeps the whole resort as your version: the name, description, photos, and highlights as they stand, plus your note.
Owners and admins also see Save as agency default. That version becomes the one everyone in the agency gets when they add this resort — useful for the properties your agency has a preferred write-up for.
On the Suppliers tab, switch the filter from All to Saved. It shows only the resorts you (or your agency) have saved, with the count beside it.
Open a proposal option and use either route:
On a hotel or package option, picking a saved resort links it: the hotel name, photos, and your saved write-up all land on the option at once. On an option with no hotel to attach — a flight, an excursion, a transfer — the resort's write-up is added to that option's description instead.
In the itinerary builder, click Library, then pick the resort under Saved resorts.
Where it lands follows the destination control at the top of the picker:
| Destination | What you get |
|---|---|
| At a glance (default) | A trip-wide guide the client sees alongside the itinerary |
| A specific day | An info block on that day, with the resort's photos |
Your agent note is private. It stays out of every insert — the proposal description, the itinerary guide, the day block, the PDF, and the client portal. In the picker's preview pane it's labelled Only you can see this so there's no doubt.
Everything else — description, highlights, photos — is client-facing, which is the point of saving it.
Reopen it from Library → Suppliers (the Saved filter is the quickest way there) and save again. Your changes apply to future quotes and itineraries. Anything you already sent stays as it was sent — a proposal your client is reading never changes under them.
The Library holds two different things, and both show up in the same picker so you never have to pick a store first:
| Saved resorts (Suppliers tab) | Library items (Content tab) | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | A property from the catalog, kept as your version | Something you write yourself — a ship profile, a destination guide, a resort write-up |
| How you make one | Save to my library on a supplier guide | New item, then add sections |
| Best for | "Always quote the Polynesian the same way" | "My own Alaska cruise packing guide" |
| Splitting it up | Added whole | Add one section at a time — just the dining part, just the rooms |
Create destination, packing, and tips guides, attach them to trips, and share them with your agency or the community.
How your Library is organized — item types, the headings they group into, where content comes from, and how items reach a trip.
