Resource guides are supplemental documents you can attach to trips — destination overviews, packing lists, travel tips, checklists, and more. Guides appear alongside the itinerary in proposals and the client portal, giving your clients everything they need in one place.

Open a trip's itinerary and look for the Trip Guides section in the left sidebar. Click Add Resource and select a guide type. Fill in the content using the rich editor, then save.
Browse resource guide templates in the library panel (right sidebar of the itinerary builder) under the Guides tab. Filter by category or search by name. Click a guide to clone it into your trip — this creates a copy attached to the current itinerary.
Guides are attached to a trip through the itinerary's Trip Guides section. Each guide appears as a card in the left sidebar with its type badge and title. You can reorder, edit, or remove guides at any time.

Community-visibility guides go through admin review before appearing in the public gallery.
Library in the sidebar (under Tools) is the standalone home for reusable content. It has three tabs:
Only the first tab is resource guides — the page covers reusable content generally, which is why it's called Library rather than Resource Guides.
The Guides tab in the itinerary builder's library panel — the right sidebar while you're editing an itinerary, which is a different thing from the Library page above — shows available resource guides. Filter by:
Go to Templates > Gallery and filter by Resource Guides to browse all available guides. Each card shows the guide name, description, category, clone count, and author.
Create custom intake forms with a live preview, 26 field types across five groups, conditional logic, smart sections, and scroll, paginated, or one-question-at-a-time display.
Build reusable task checklists once, then apply them to any trip — manually or automatically — with due dates that anchor to trip start, trip end, the final payment deadline, or the day you apply them.
