Is there really one price with no locked features?
Yes. Every account gets the full platform — commission tracking, branded portal, email integration, automations, custom domain, supplier management, and more. No upsells, no gated modules.
How does secure card collection work?
Clients enter payment details on a secure, branded form instead of emailing card photos. Cards are AES-256 encrypted, tokenized before storage, shared only with approved suppliers, and auto-deleted after the trip.
Can I use my own domain and branding?
Yes. All paid plans include custom domain and white-label branding — your logo, colors, and domain on every client-facing surface.
Can I import existing clients and trips?
Yes. Import via CSV during onboarding, and email integration syncs your Gmail or IMAP inbox so you see existing client threads without starting over.
Does JourneyFuse work with my host agency?
Yes. JourneyFuse works alongside any host agency — track commissions at your split, manage your own clients and trips, and keep your own branding. Host agencies can also run their back office on JourneyFuse with per-advisor pricing.
Do you offer volume pricing for agencies?
Yes — agency pricing starts at $20/seat/mo and drops to $16/seat/mo at 100+ seats. Every seat is the same price. No contracts, cancel anytime.
Will my price go up later?
Not while you stay with us. Customers who join by December 31, 2026 get a Locked Founders Rate — your rate is grandfathered for as long as you don’t cancel, even if you add seats or change plans. Annual plans are also locked for the full year, even if prices change mid-term. Rates for new customers may change in the future, but we strive to keep JourneyFuse the most featured and best-priced platform in the industry.
