Command Centers

Command Centers are supplier-specific milestone trackers built into every trip. They surface the key dates and actions for each supplier — final payments, check-in deadlines, dining reservations, document uploads — computed automatically from your trip dates.

How It Works

When you assign a supplier template to a trip, JourneyFuse generates a timeline of milestones relative to the trip's start and end dates. Each milestone shows:

  • What needs to happen (label + description)
  • When it's due (computed from trip dates)
  • Category (planning, payment, travel, post-trip)
  • Urgency flag for time-sensitive milestones

Assigning a Command Center

  1. Open a trip
  2. In the Command Center section, click Select Template
  3. Choose from system templates or your workspace's custom templates
  4. The timeline populates automatically based on your trip dates

Customizing Milestones

You can customize any template for a specific trip:

  • Enable/disable individual milestones
  • Override dates with specific dates or adjusted relative days
  • Add notes to milestones

To create reusable custom templates for your workspace:

  1. Go to Settings > Supplier Templates
  2. Clone any system template and modify it
  3. Or create a brand new template from scratch

Rich Command Centers

Disney World and Royal Caribbean have enhanced command centers with extra features:

  • Disney: MDE credential tracking, ADR calendar, dining reservation management, promotion tracking, Lightning Lane planning
  • Royal Caribbean: Crown & Anchor level tracking, Cruise Planner opening dates by tier, stateroom details, eDocs and Set Sail Pass status

All other suppliers use the standard milestone timeline.

Milestone Completion

Check off milestones as you complete them. The command center tracks:

  • Which milestones are done
  • Which are overdue
  • What's coming up next

You can also generate tasks from milestones to add them to your task list.
