When you sign up for JourneyFuse, you'll create a workspace that holds all your clients, trips, proposals, and invoices. This guide walks through setting up your workspace so it's ready for business.
Sign up with your email address and create a password. After verifying your email, you'll be prompted to set up your workspace.
JourneyFuse adapts based on how you work:
| Setup | Best for | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| Solo Advisor | Independent advisors or ICs under a host agency | Sidebar shows "My Business" instead of "Agency." Settings focus on your personal branding and host agency details. |
| Agency (Team) | Agencies with multiple agents | Sidebar shows "Agency." You get team management, agent assignment, commission splits, and My View vs. Agency View toggles. |
You can start solo and upgrade to an agency plan later if your business grows.
Navigate to Settings in the sidebar to configure:
For a full breakdown of every setting, see Workspace & Agency Settings.
If you're on an agency plan, you can invite agents and assistants to your workspace:
Admins can manage settings and see all data. Agents see only their own clients and trips (unless viewing in Agency View). Assistants have limited access.
For details on roles and permissions, see Team Management.
Once your workspace is set up:
