JourneyFuse for Advisors (Mobile App)

Last updated October 14, 2026

JourneyFuse for Advisors is a companion app for the people who work in your agency. It puts the parts of JourneyFuse you reach for between meetings, on a plane or in a car line on your phone: what needs you today, client messages, leads, trips and payments.

It is a separate app from the one your clients use. Clients keep their own trip app. This one is for you and your team.

Availability. Your agency will share the download link when the app is available to you. Until then, signing in shows "The app isn't on for your agency yet." Nothing is wrong with your account.

What You Can Do

  • Today. One screen with four lists: My tasks, Departing soon, Payments due this week and New leads.
  • Inbox. Every conversation with a client in one place, whether it came in by email, text or the client portal. Open one to read the history and reply on the same channel. To mark a conversation done or snooze it, swipe it left in the Inbox list and tap Done or Snooze. In team chat you can see when a teammate is typing, and your messages show Seen once they are read.
  • Search. Find a client or a trip by name.
  • Trips and clients. Open a trip to see its bookings, travelers, payments and documents, and a client to see their trips and contact details. You can record a payment from a trip, and choose whether the client gets an emailed receipt.
  • Leads. See new leads, open one, and change its stage.
  • Notifications. A bell lists what happened recently. Tap an item to go straight to it.

Signing In

  1. Open the app and enter the email address you use for JourneyFuse.
  2. We email you a code (it is longer than the six digits you may be used to from other apps). Type it in.
  3. If your account uses two-step sign-in, you will be asked for the code from your authenticator app as well.

There is no password to remember. You stay signed in on your phone until you sign out, or until you sign out of all devices on the web. Signing out of the app does not sign you out of JourneyFuse on your computer.

If no code arrives, check your spam folder and make sure you used the same email as on the web. Ask for a new code if the first one has expired.

Notifications

The app can send you a push notification when something needs you. The first time you open it, it asks whether you want notifications. You can change your mind at any time in Settings → Notifications, where each type has its own switch:

NotificationWhen you get it
Client messagesA client writes to you
New leadsA new lead arrives for you
Tasks assigned to meSomeone assigns you a task
Payments receivedA payment is recorded on one of your trips
Team chatA teammate messages you

Notifications come from the agency currently selected in the app. If you work with more than one agency, switching agencies in Settings moves your notifications to that agency.

The bell inside the app lists recent activity.

If you said no to notifications by mistake, your phone's own Settings app is where you turn them back on for JourneyFuse for Advisors.

Working With More Than One Agency

If your email belongs to more than one agency, open Settings and pick one under Agency. Everything in the app, including the Inbox, Today and Leads, switches to that agency, and so do your push notifications: you get them for the agency you have selected, not the others.

What Stays on the Web

The app covers the day-to-day. These stay in JourneyFuse on the web, on your computer:

  • Proposals and itineraries
  • Commissions and reports
  • Agency settings, team and billing
  • Imports, templates, forms and automations

Leaving the App

  • Sign out is in Settings. It also stops notifications on that phone.
  • Delete account is in Settings. It points you to Settings → Profile on journeyfuse.com, or lets you email support to do it for you.

Questions

I signed in and see "The app isn't on for your agency yet." The app has not been turned on for your agency yet. Ask your agency owner, or contact support.

Can my clients use this app? No. Clients have their own trip app, and sign in with a code the same way.

I did not get a notification for a message. Check Settings → Notifications in the app that the type is on, then check your phone's notification settings for the app.

Can I use it on a tablet? It is designed for phones.

This is part of JourneyFuse’s travel agent software: leads, trips, proposals, payments and commissions in one place.
