Workspace & Agency Settings

Your workspace settings control how JourneyFuse looks and works for your agency. The experience adapts based on whether you're a solo advisor or running a team.

Solo Advisor Settings

If you're a solo advisor, the sidebar shows My Business instead of "Agency." Your settings include:

  • Agency info — your business name, phone, email, address
  • CLIA / ARC / IATA numbers — your agency credentials
  • Host agency details — your host's name, address, phone, CLIA, IATA, and website
  • Commission split — your default split percentage (managed on your Profile page)
  • Branding — logo, accent color, tagline, and email signature

Team / Agency Settings

For multi-agent workspaces, the sidebar shows Agency. Additional settings include:

  • Lock agency info — prevent agents from editing workspace-level agency settings
  • Allow sub-agency branding — let agents display their own business name on proposals
  • Allow agent lead claiming — let agents claim unassigned leads
  • Commission settings — managed on a separate Commission page (owners/admins only)

Branding

Customize how your agency appears to clients across proposals, invoices, the client portal, and emails:

  • Logo — displayed on all client-facing pages
  • Accent color — applied to buttons, headers, and highlights
  • Tagline — shown under your agency name
  • Email signature — appended to outgoing emails

Emergency Contact

Set an emergency contact phone number that appears in client-facing itineraries and the portal. Useful for travelers who need to reach someone while on the road.
