The Clients page is your central directory for everyone you work with. From here you can add new clients, search your list, filter by agent, and click into detailed profiles.
Navigate to Clients in the sidebar to see your full client list. The page shows three summary cards at the top:
Below the summary cards, the client table shows each client's name, contact info, household, and trip details. Click any row to open the client's detail page.
Any column header with the up/down arrows is sortable: Name, Next Trip, Total Spend, Last touch, and Added. Click once to sort ascending, click again to reverse it.
Sorting by Next Trip ascending puts whoever departs soonest at the top, which is the fastest way to see who needs attention this week. Clients with no upcoming trip stay at the bottom of the list in both directions rather than crowding out the ones who are travelling.
Use the search bar to find clients by name. In team workspaces, an agent filter dropdown lets you narrow the list to clients assigned to a specific advisor.
The Traveling soon segment chip is a companion to the Next Trip sort: it filters the list down to clients departing in the next 45 days.
In team workspaces, the client list respects your current view toggle:
Click the Add Client button in the top right. The form asks for:
JourneyFuse automatically creates a household for each new client. You can add household members later from the client detail page.
Click any client to open their profile. The detail page has several sections:
Shows the client's name, email, phone, and address along with tags for their household, how long they've been a client, travel style, and upcoming trips.
Action buttons in the header let you:
The name fields include a Suffix box for Jr., Sr., II, III, and the like. It is worth filling in whenever a family has two people sharing a name, because the suffix follows the client through lists and pickers, so you can tell a Jr. from a III at a glance instead of opening both records. Travelers who are household members rather than clients have the same field on the traveler edit form.
A quick glance at key metrics:
| Stat | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Trips | Number of trips for this client |
| Total Spend | Combined value of all trips |
| Last Trip | When their most recent trip ended |
| Next Trip | Their next upcoming travel date |
The detail page has five tabs:
In team workspaces, owners and admins can assign a client to a specific agent:
Agents can only see clients assigned to them (or clients with trips assigned to them) when in My View.
From the client detail page, click the trash icon in the profile header. You'll be asked to confirm — deletion is permanent and removes the client and all associated data.
Record a client's airline, hotel, cruise, car rental and trusted-traveler memberships, and add your own programs for any supplier that isn't in the built-in list.
Organize your clients with custom color-coded tags, then filter your client list and target campaigns to specific segments.
Add notes to client and trip timelines, tag team members with @mentions, and keep a searchable history of interactions.
