Corporate Accounts and the People They Book For

Last updated October 14, 2026

Some of your clients are companies: a business that books a quick trip for an employee now and then, or sends a team on an incentive trip. A Corporate Account keeps the company as its own client, and Works at links it to the people it books for.

Create a corporate account

  1. Go to Clients and click Add Client.
  2. Click Corporate Account.
  3. Type the Company Name.
  4. Pick the main contact from your clients, or click Add a new person instead.
  5. Click Create client.

The main contact stays their own client with their own trips. Their record shows Contact for the company.

From the company's page:

  1. Open the Overview tab.
  2. On the People card, click Add person and search for the client.

From a person's page:

  1. Under their name, click + Works at.
  2. Pick the company, add a job title if you like, and click Link.

To link many people at once, tick them on the Clients list and click Company in the bar that appears.

The person now shows Works at the company, and the company's People card lists them with their job title and next trip.

Clients who also travel on their own

A person linked to a company keeps one record. Trips the company books and their own leisure trips both stay with them, so you never need a second record for the same traveler.

To remove a link, hover over the Works at badge (or the person's row on the People card) and click the ×. Neither record is changed.

Finding a company

Search for the company by name in the search bar at the top of the app, or on the Clients list. Companies show with a building icon and their main contact underneath.
