Advisor Portal Leaderboard

Last updated October 26, 2026

Host agencies can put a leaderboard on the advisor portal dashboard, the first page your Lite advisors see when they sign in. It ranks advisors by how many trips they booked and shows each one's share of the agency, so newer advisors have a real benchmark and your top performers get seen.

It is off until you turn it on, so nothing changes for your advisors until you are ready. Let them know it is coming first, so anyone who would rather not appear can hide their name before it goes live.

Turning it on

  1. Go to Settings → Features → Advisor Portal Leaderboard
  2. Switch it on
  3. Set Advisors shown (10 to start, up to 50)
  4. Use Left off the board to pick anyone who should not be ranked, such as staff or house accounts

The card appears on every advisor's portal dashboard, with This month, This quarter and Year to date at the top.

What counts

The board counts approved trip filings, one per booking:

  • Pending filings count once you approve them
  • Cancelled filings drop off on their own
  • Insurance policies and activities are left out, so a small add-on does not count the same as a cruise
  • A filing dated in the future does not count until its date arrives

The board is worked out fresh every time an advisor opens their dashboard, so an approval or a cancellation shows up straight away.

What advisors see

Each row shows the advisor's place, their name and their percentage share of the agency's approved trip filings for the period. Dollar amounts, sale amounts and commission are never shown or sent to the page. Advisors who tie share a place.

An advisor who is not in the top list still sees their own place and share under the board.

Who is left off

  • Owners are always left off, and their filings are taken out of the totals, so the percentages reflect your advisors only
  • Anyone you add under Left off the board is treated the same way
  • Former advisors whose membership has ended are left off too

Advisors hiding their name

Any advisor can turn on Hide my name from the leaderboard on their My Profile page (advisors who have upgraded to the full app find it under Settings → Profile). Their bookings still count toward the agency total, so everyone else's percentage stays accurate. Their row is simply not shown, and nobody is shown in their place. They still see their own place under the board.
