Your Agent Portal: The Complete Tour

If you book through a host agency that runs on JourneyFuse, the agent portal is your whole back office. Your host pays for it, so it costs you nothing. Everything below is included.

Your host agency brands the portal, so the name at the top of your screen is theirs, not ours. Atlas Coast agents, for example, sign in at myatlasgo.com and see MyAtlas.

Signing in

Go to the web address your agency gave you and sign in with the email and password they set up for you. Bookmark it — that one address is the only one you need.

At the top you'll always see your agency's logo, the label Agent Portal, a light/dark theme toggle, and your initials. Click your initials for My Profile, My Landing Page, My Booking Form, and Sign Out.

The navigation

The menu is grouped by what you're doing, not by which page happens to exist. Left to right:

Your initials in the top-right corner also carry shortcuts to My Profile, My Landing Page, and My Booking Form, plus Sign Out.

Some entries are switches your agency controls, so your menu may be shorter:

Dashboard

The dashboard opens on Welcome back and four numbers:

  • Pending review — sent, not yet reviewed. Nothing is wrong on your end.
  • Approved — your agency signed off.
  • Needs attention — they have a question for you.
  • Your split — your percentage of every gross commission.

Below that, From your agency carries announcements your host posts (new suppliers, promos, submission deadlines), and Recent submissions shows your last few with their status. New Submission sits top right.

Commissions

Submit Commission

Pick the kind of sale first — Trip, Policy, or Activity. The form changes to match: a Trip asks for a Confirmation # and a Travel date, a Policy asks for a Policy # plus Effective and Expiry dates, an Activity asks for an Activity date.

Then fill in Supplier (start typing and it suggests suppliers your agency already works with), the confirmation or policy number, Guest first name, Guest last name, Date booked, and the travel date.

Under Commission, enter the Gross commission ($) — the full amount the supplier pays, before your split. Your share calculates instantly under You receive. If your agency takes a fee off the top, you'll see the gross, the agency fee, and the net broken out before the split is applied.

Notes (optional) is for anything your agency should know. Then Send to agency.

My Submissions

Every commission you've sent, in one list. Search by supplier, reservation, or guest, and filter by All statuses, Pending, Approved, Needs attention, or Cancelled.

Columns are Supplier (with guest name and reservation number underneath), Travel, Gross, Yours, and Status.

Once a submission is approved, the status cell becomes a progress track rather than a flat badge, so you can see exactly where the money is:

StageWhat it means
Pending reviewYour agency has it. Nothing is wrong on your end.
Awaiting supplier paymentApproved. Waiting on the supplier to actually pay.
Pending tripSupplier paid. Releases once the trip is complete.
Ready for payoutWith your agency to pay out.
PaidSent to you.

When something says Needs attention, a Respond button appears. Read the note, type your reply, send it, and it goes straight back into their queue.

The menu on each row has Edit, Request a change (price went up, cabin got upgraded), Cancel commission (client cancelled), and Withdraw. You never have to email anyone to fix a typo.

If a commission never shows up at all, the Missing commission form link at the bottom lets you report it once it's been at least 90 days past your client's travel end date.

Payouts

Every payment your agency has sent you, with this year's earnings, your last payment, and lifetime earnings across the top, then a full Payout history table.

If your agency pays through Dots, you'll also see Set up payouts here. It takes about two minutes, you'll want your W-9 handy, and you can be paid to a bank account, PayPal, or Venmo. Always start from that button in the portal — there is no separate Dots account to create, so don't sign up on the Dots website on your own.

Tax info / Tax & 1099

Which one you see depends on your agency. If your host files your tax forms directly, this page says so and there's nothing for you to chase. If your agency issues 1099s through JourneyFuse, your 1099-NEC appears under Payouts once it's prepared. Under $600 of reportable income, your agency may not be required to issue one at all.

Suppliers

Resources → Suppliers. Contacts, booking sites, and commission details for every supplier your agency works with. Search by supplier or BDM, or filter by category and by whether you register yourself (Self-Register) or your agency registers you (Agency-Register).

Open a supplier and you get Open portal, Website, and View perks buttons, plus:

  • Commission workflow — the rate, and a How payment works box telling you roughly how long they take to pay and through which portal
  • Booking notes — the things that bite you if you don't know them
  • Business development contact — the actual human at that supplier, with email and phone
  • How to register — numbered steps with a Start registration link, and a Host activation needed flag if your agency has to activate you first

If your agency doesn't list a supplier you need, Request a supplier at the bottom asks them to add it.

Confirmations

Confirmations in the top menu. Supplier confirmations for bookings you made, forwarded to your agency automatically. Watch the payment deadlines here — suppliers cancel bookings when a balance isn't paid in time, and a strip at the top warns you about anything due in the next two weeks.

Contacts

Clients → Contacts (or Leads — same screen, two tabs). Two tabs: Clients (people you've booked) and Leads (booking-form submissions from your public form). New client adds someone by hand. Import brings a client list over from a spreadsheet, or exports what's here so you can edit it and upload it back to update everyone at once.

Open a client and you get their contact details, their card authorizations, and a timestamped notes log.

On a lead, Convert to client moves them into your client list. Dismiss archives them.

Card Auth

Card Auth in the top menu. Securely capture card details from a client for a deposit or a hold without ever handling the number yourself.

Request card auth, pick a client, add a description and amount, set how many days the link stays live, and Create & email link sends it to them. When they enter their card it comes back here marked authorized.

Open any authorization for the card on file and a full Authorization Audit Trail — when the link was created, when your client opened it, and exactly when they authorized it. You can Resend link, reveal the card details behind a password prompt, and mark an authorization charged, declined, or revoked.

Booking form

My Website → Booking Form. Your public booking-request form. Share the Public link or paste the Embed snippet onto your website. Anyone who fills it out lands in your Leads tab.

Under Branding you set the Headline, Subheadline, Primary color, and your Logo, including its size (small, medium, large, full) and placement (left, center, right). Upload a logo at least 1000px wide if you plan to display it large.

Your logo is stored with your form, so it stays put whether you upgrade or downgrade.

Finish with a Thank-you message and the Form is active switch.

My Landing Page

My Website → Landing Page. A public page that's all you. Turn on Publish my landing page, pick your URL slug, and you have a shareable link.

Everything on it is optional — leave any field blank and it inherits your agency's default, so the page always looks on-brand:

  • Contact info — the phone and email clients see. Use your agency's if you'd rather inquiries go to them.
  • Hero image, Hero badge, Headline, Subheadline, CTA button text
  • Specialty cards — name, description, and image for each (River Cruises, Europe, and so on)
  • Section headings across the page, and an About photo. The About paragraph comes from your bio under My Profile.
  • Stats strip — up to four short metrics like "15+ Years / Experience"
  • Testimonials — up to four client quotes

If your agency allows it, a Your own domain card lets you point your own web address at this page. Add the domain, create the DNS record it shows you, and hit Check DNS. Your client portal and sign-in links stay on your agency's domain.

Your own branding

Under My Website → My Profile, if your agency allows it, a Your branding card lets you set your own logo, business name, accent color, and tagline. Those appear on the proposals, invoices, and emails you send your clients. Leave anything blank to use your agency's brand instead. Only you and your own clients ever see it.

Perks

Resources → Perks. If your agency has unlocked it, Agent Perks is a searchable database of agent-only benefits — reduced agent rates, FAM trip invites, commission bonuses, free upgrades, and limited-time supplier offers.

Filter by category or type, sort by newest, recently verified, or expiring first, and search for a specific supplier. Open a perk for the discount, any credential you need, a how-to-book checklist, and often a booking-site link and a copyable promo code.

Every perk is advisor-verified. If one works, thumbs it up. If a rate is dead, thumbs it down and say why. Star the ones you want to keep, and Add a perk when you find something the database doesn't have yet.

Calendar

Resources → Calendar. Upcoming events your agency posts — meetups, webinars, and trainings.

My Agency

Resources → My Agency. Your agency's contact card: where your submissions go, their email, phone, emergency line, CLIA and ARC/IATA numbers, and your agency team.

My Profile

My Website → My Profile. Your photo, bio, specialties, credentials, socials, and login email. Fill it out once — it's what shows on your landing page, and once you add a photo your card appears in your agency's public advisor directory automatically.

Upgrading

Everything above is included at no cost to you. The Upgrade link opens the full JourneyFuse platform for $16 a month, which adds the client-facing side of the business:

  • Trip builder and day-by-day itineraries
  • Branded client-facing proposals clients can pay from
  • A branded client portal on your own domain
  • Group bookings, and a cruise itinerary database
  • Branded PDF invoices, and charging planning fees online
  • Disney and theme-park tools — live park crowd levels, ride closure and refurbishment tracking, park hours auto-attached, and dining-reservation SMS alerts as a $5/mo add-on
  • AI commission imports, workflow automations, email campaigns, and a client inbox with tasks
  • Flight tracking with delay alerts, and price-drop alerts on booked flights and hotels
  • A full form builder with conditional logic and e-sign

You can cancel any time and drop back to the free portal with no data lost, and your commissions keep flowing to your host agency exactly as they do now.
