Sign-off on Emails to Your Agents

Last updated October 28, 2026

A host agency's agents get a steady stream of automated email from JourneyFuse: their invite, commission approvals and send-backs, payout statements, booking and card authorization notices, lead and task assignments. You can end every one of them with the same sign-off, in your agency's voice.

Setting it

Go to Settings → Advisors and find Sign-off on emails to your agents. Type it the way it should read, one line per line:

Warmly,
Your Atlas Coast Team

It saves as you type. Clear the box to go back to no sign-off.

Which emails get it

  • Every automated email that goes only to people on your team. That covers about a hundred different notices, including ones added later. No list to keep up.
  • The sign-off replaces the sender's signature on those emails. A notice that used to end with the owner's personal signature now ends with the team sign-off, so nobody gets both.
  • Never your clients' email. Anything to a client, a lead, or anyone outside your team keeps the sending agent's own signature, exactly as before. So do campaigns and the conversations agents type themselves.
  • Never twice. An email whose wording you wrote yourself, such as the reminder about a booking without a card authorization, and that already ends with the same words, is left alone.

Questions this answers

  • How do I sign automated emails to my agents with my agency name?
  • Why does a commission email to my agent end with "Your Agency Team" instead of my signature?
  • Can I change the closing on the MyAtlas invite?
