JourneyFuse reads tours straight from Viator, so you never retype one. The title, Viator's photos, the write-up, what's included and not included, the length, the meeting point and the cancellation terms all come in for you, with a price in your agency's currency.
When your client is ready, the itinerary card shows a Book on Viator button. It carries your Viator Travel Agent ids, so the booking commission is yours.
There are three ways to add a tour:
This is what makes the commission yours. You do it once.
From then on, every Viator tour you add carries your ids on its Book on Viator link.
No Travel Agent link yet? Tours still come in, but the Book on Viator button opens the plain Viator page, which credits nobody. JourneyFuse reminds you each time until you add one. It never uses JourneyFuse's own Viator account on your clients' links.
A link that shows That link carries JourneyFuse's id came from an import, not from your own Travel Agent account. Make a fresh one with Share with Client.

The search looks where the card is: the card's city, the cruise port on that day, or else the trip's destination. The heading says where, for example Find it on Viator in Cozumel.
On a cruise port day, open the Port guide from the day's card. Tours at this port lists Viator's tours that fit the time ashore:
Tours are not offered on embarkation or disembarkation days, when guests are boarding or leaving the ship.
The trip has no travelers recorded? Prices assume 2, and the list says so. Add the travelers to the trip for exact prices.
Your client books and pays Viator directly, using your link. When they send you the confirmation:
JourneyFuse does not yet hear from Viator when a client books, so the confirmation number is yours to add. Once it is on the trip, the tour shows in the trip's Viator panel with its voucher and free-cancellation deadline: see Viator Tours & Activities.
This is part of JourneyFuse’s travel proposal software: branded proposals clients can review, choose from and pay on.
Track plans and confirmations, choose view-only or contributor sharing, and let travelers manage their own reservations.
Create stunning day-by-day itineraries your clients will love — with drag-and-drop blocks, image carousels, and a reusable template library.
Plan and edit an itinerary by asking. Fuse reads the whole trip, finds real places, flags timing problems, and shows every change for you to approve before anything is saved.
