Every trip has a Logistics strip: a row of small icons that tells you, without opening anything, what is sorted and what you still need to chase. Green is done, amber is waiting, and grey means nothing has been set yet.
Every trip shows the same four: Insurance, Transfers, Flights and Travel docs. Click an icon to see its choices (Insurance, for example, runs from Offered through Quote sent to Accepted or Declined). Under Transfers you can also type who runs the transfer.
Some of these fill in on their own. A confirmed flight or transfer booking on the trip marks that icon for you, and a client's insurance answer on a proposal, invoice or waiver shows on the shield. Anything you pick yourself always wins.
The four built-ins cover most trips, but you probably track other things too: park tickets, dining reservations, online check-in. You can add up to three yes/no checks of your own, and they appear on every trip in your agency.
The top of the card shows how the strip will look on a trip as you go.
Each check has two answers: Done (green) and Not yet (amber). Leave it blank and it stays grey.
Only agency owners and admins can add, rename or remove checks. Everyone on the team can mark them on a trip.
Trips that belong to a group booking take their logistics from the group roster, so set them there. The trip page shows the roster's values but can't change them.
Removing a check takes it off every trip, along with whatever was marked on it. If you add a check with the same name later, it starts blank.
Nothing. Logistics are for you and your team. They don't appear on the client portal, in emails or on proposals.
