Your clients come home with hundreds of photos. Traveler photos gives them one link to send you their favorites straight from their phone, with no app and no account. Everything they share lands on the trip, kept apart from your supplier and media library, ready for a thank-you note, a review request or your next social post.
Perfect for: welcome-home emails, honeymoon and destination wedding galleries, group trips where everyone has different shots, and collecting real client photos for your marketing.
The button carries a link for that trip only. It is made the first time an email with the button sends, and every later email for the same trip reuses it. Previewing an email never makes a link.
The button needs a trip. If you add it to an email that is not about a trip, the email will not send and tells you why, so a button never goes out pointing nowhere.
The most natural moment is a day or two after the trip ends. In Automations, open the step that sends after travelers return (or add one with a days after return timing), add the Share your trip photos button, and every returning trip asks for photos on its own.
On the trip, open Docs & Tasks and click Copy link on the Traveler photos card. Paste it into a text message, a group chat or a WhatsApp group. Everyone in the party can use the same link.
A simple page with your agency name, the trip name and dates, and one big Add photos & videos button. They can:
They cannot see what anyone else has shared. The link only adds files.
| Limit | |
|---|---|
| Photo size | Resized on the phone to 3,000 pixels on the long edge when large |
| Video size | Up to 50 MB each (about a minute of HD video) |
| Space per trip | 2 GB for all photos and videos together |
| How long the link works | Until 60 days after the trip's return date |
| File types | Photos (JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, HEIC) and videos (MP4, MOV, WebM) |
A file over a limit is skipped with a short message telling the traveler why.
On the trip's Docs & Tasks tab, the Traveler photos card shows everything shared, newest first.
The card shows how much of the trip's 2 GB is used.
Can more than one traveler use the same link? Yes. Share it with the whole party. Each person can add their name so you can tell whose photos are whose.
What happens after 60 days? The page tells travelers the link is closed and to reply to your email. You can reopen it from the trip with Turn on if you turned it off, or send it again for a trip with no return date set.
Do photos lose quality? Large photos are resized to 3,000 pixels on the long side, which is sharper than a full-screen photo on a laptop and fine for social posts and prints up to about 10 inches. Videos are uploaded exactly as recorded.
Does this use my email sending? Only the email you add the button to. The upload page itself sends nothing.
