The Calendar page gives you a visual overview of your upcoming trips, tasks, and payment due dates in one place. Use it to spot scheduling conflicts, track deadlines, and plan your workload.
Three types of events are displayed, each color-coded:
| Event Type | Color | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| Trips | Blue | Trip date ranges — a pill appears on every day from start to end date |
| Tasks | Amber | Task due dates from your trips |
| Payments | Green | Invoice payment due dates, labeled as "Deposit" or "Final" with the trip name and amount |
A summary bar at the top of the page shows counts for the current month: how many trips, tasks, and payments are visible.
On desktop, you can switch between two layouts:
On mobile, the agenda/list view is shown by default for a better experience on smaller screens.
Use the left/right arrows to move between months, or click Today to jump back to the current month. The current month and year are displayed in the toolbar.
In team workspaces, the calendar respects the My View / Agency View toggle:
When in Agency View, you can use the agent filter dropdown to narrow the calendar to a specific agent's trips.
