JourneyFuse uses a per-agent pricing model. Each agent in your workspace needs a paid seat after your free trial ends.
| Plan | Price | Billing |
|---|---|---|
| Annual | $20/agent/month | Billed yearly |
| Monthly | $25/agent/month | Billed monthly |
The annual plan saves 20% compared to monthly billing.
Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. When the trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a plan to continue using JourneyFuse.
Go to Settings > Billing to manage your subscription:
Your subscription is based on the number of active agents in your workspace:
Some features have usage limits that vary by plan. Limits reset at the start of each calendar month.
| Feature | Trial | Paid | Need more? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly emails | 500 | 5,000 | Email add-ons from $10/mo |
Unlimited campaigns on all plans — the only limit is total email volume per month. After a trial expires, email sends are disabled until you subscribe to a paid plan.
Email add-on tiers: Starter (25K emails, $10/mo), Business (40K emails, $20/mo), Enterprise (60K emails, $40/mo). Upgrade from Settings → Billing.
See Email Campaigns for more details on email sending limits and tracking.
Solo advisors pay for one seat. Agency workspaces pay per agent, with volume pricing that scales with team size — including a single-seat option for one-agent agencies that need the full agency toolset (commission submissions, agency dashboard, and white-label branding). Both get the same core features.
See Workspace Settings for more on configuring your workspace.
