When JourneyFuse sends an email for you, it can tell you when the client opens it. A green Opened marker appears on the email, along with how long ago it was opened.
You can see the Opened marker in three places:
No marker means the email hasn't been opened yet, or JourneyFuse can't tell (see below).
Clicks are tracked for Campaigns. Open a sent campaign to see how many people opened it and clicked a link. The recipients table shows who did what, and you can filter it by status. See Email Campaigns.
Regular one-to-one emails show opens but not clicks.
Only email that JourneyFuse sends itself can report an open. If an email went out through your connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox, JourneyFuse can't tell whether it was opened. A note under the list says so when this applies, so a missing marker isn't mistaken for "not opened".
Some email apps, Apple Mail in particular, load images automatically. An open can then show up even if your client hasn't actually read the email yet. Treat Opened as a good sign, not a guarantee, and follow up as you normally would.
This is part of JourneyFuse’s travel advisor CRM: client email, automations and follow-ups on every trip.
What your clients get from you automatically, and when — payment reminders, documents, cruise check-in windows and welcome-home notes, sent for you.
Push leads from Facebook Lead Ads through Make.com into JourneyFuse, then auto-send a specific email based on the ad set or source.
Send bulk emails to your clients — filtered by tag, agent assignment, or the whole agency — with open and click tracking.
