The daily digest is a single email that arrives each morning with everything that needs your attention that day. It replaces the separate task, invoice, lead, and birthday reminder emails that used to arrive as four different messages.
The digest is per agent, not per agency. Everything in it is filtered to what is assigned to you, so two advisors in the same workspace get different digests.
The digest has four sections. Each one only appears when it has something to report, and if all four are empty the email is not sent at all, so a quiet day means no email rather than an empty one.
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Tasks | Split into Overdue, Due today, and Upcoming |
| Invoices Due | Invoices that are overdue, or due today or tomorrow, with the amount owed |
| Leads to Follow Up | Open leads that have gone quiet past your agency's threshold |
| Upcoming Birthdays & Anniversaries | Client celebrations coming up |
A summary line at the top gives you the counts at a glance, for example 3 overdue · 1 due today · 7 leads to follow up · 1 celebration.
Tasks appear when they are assigned to you, or when they are unassigned (those route to the workspace owner).
Overdue tasks always appear as long as you have task reminders switched on at all. They are not tied to a particular reminder window, because a task that slipped yesterday still needs doing today.
For tasks that are not yet due, the reminder window you choose in settings acts as a lookahead. Choosing "7 days before" means every task due within the next seven days shows up, not only the ones due on exactly the seventh day.
Tasks you have snoozed stay out of the digest until the snooze lapses.
There is no follow-up date to set on a lead. Instead the digest surfaces leads that have gone quiet, using the same definition as the Stale filter on your Leads list, so the two never disagree.
A lead counts as needing follow-up when all of the following are true:
Leads that were never contacted at all are flagged separately, since those are the easiest to lose.
The threshold defaults to 7 days and is set per agency under Settings → Agency. If more than twelve leads qualify, the digest lists the quietest twelve and links to your pipeline for the rest, so the email stays readable.
Go to Settings → Notifications. Each section has its own control:
Every section is on by default. Turning one off only affects your own digest, never your teammates'.
The digest is generated once each morning. Because it is assembled at send time, anything you complete before it goes out will not appear in that day's email.
