Rebook Deals

Disney and Universal release new promotions all the time — free dining, room discounts, ticket offers. The agents who win are the ones who notice when an already-booked client now qualifies for a deal and rebooks them at the lower price. Rebook Deals does the noticing for you.

JourneyFuse matches your upcoming package trips against active promotions. When a trip qualifies for a promotion it isn't already using, it shows up as a rebook opportunity with an estimated savings, ready for you to review.

Where to find it

Open Disney HQ or Universal HQ and select the Rebook Deals tab. The tab shows a count badge when there are opportunities waiting. Each opportunity lists:

  • the client and trip
  • the promotion that applies
  • an estimated savings (framed as an estimate to verify — always confirm against the live offer before rebooking)
  • Apply and Dismiss actions

How matching works

An opportunity is created when all of these are true:

  • The trip has a package booking (see Package Bookings).
  • The trip's arrival date falls inside the promotion's travel window, and the trip matches the promotion's eligibility (resort tier, ticket type).
  • The trip isn't already using that promotion.

Matching reuses the same eligibility and savings logic as the promotion matcher, so the numbers are consistent across the app.

Apply or dismiss

  • Apply records the promotion against the trip (the same as applying it from the promotion matcher).
  • Dismiss clears the opportunity so it stops showing. It won't reappear for that trip and promotion.

Where the promotions come from

Active promotions in the catalog feed the matcher. JourneyFuse keeps the Disney and Universal promotion catalog current, and your own workspace promotions count too. Scraped promotions are reviewed before they go live, so you only see offers worth acting on.

A note on the estimate

The savings figure is an estimate to help you prioritize, not a guaranteed price. Always verify the current offer with the supplier before rebooking a client.
