Some advisors are dual hosted — part of their business goes through their agency here, and part goes through a different host. Outside Bookings is where that second kind lives. It keeps those sales on your own record without sending anything to your agency.
Perfect for: advisors who carry a second host relationship, advisors moving business over gradually, and anyone who wants one place to see everything they sold this year.
An outside booking is a log entry, nothing more. It is deliberately not a commission and not a trip.
That last one cuts both ways, and it is the point. Your agency does not take credit for business it did not place, and you keep the record.
If your agency should be commissioning a booking, do not log it here. Use Submit Commission (Lite) or the Commissions page (full app) instead. Anything filed as an outside booking is money nobody is chasing on your behalf.
MyAtlas and other Lite portals: Commissions → Outside Bookings.
Full app: Commissions → the Outside bookings link under your earnings.
If you do not see it, your agency has not turned it on. It is off by default, and an owner or admin can enable it under Settings → Agents.
The three tiles at the top cover the current calendar year:
| Tile | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Bookings | How many outside bookings you logged |
| Sales volume | What those bookings were worth |
| Commission earned elsewhere | What you were paid on them by the other host |
Totals are driven by the booked date, so an entry with no booked date is not counted in any year. Add one if you want the sale to show up in your annual numbers.
Your agency's owners and admins can see your outside bookings on your advisor record, labelled as outside business. They cannot edit or delete them — these are your entries.
Other advisors cannot see them at all.
Use the remove button on the row. Outside bookings are yours, so you can add and remove them freely.
Outside Bookings is off until you enable it, under Settings → Agents → Outside bookings. Turning it on adds the surface for every advisor in your workspace, Lite and full app alike.
Nothing your advisors log there reaches your commission queue, your ledger, your payouts, or your sales reporting. You can see each advisor's entries on their record in the roster, under Payments.
Forward supplier payment remittances to JourneyFuse and let AI automatically match them to your open commission entries — no manual data entry required.
Collect W-9s from your advisors, track who's been paid past the $600 threshold, and export filing-ready 1099-NEC data for Track1099, Tax1099, or your accountant — all from inside JourneyFuse.
Mark a booking as non-commissionable and keep your own travel, FAM trips, and comped bookings out of sales totals, without losing the record.
