The flight editor works the same wherever you add a flight: a flight booking on the trip's Bookings tab, a flight block in the itinerary builder, and group flights. You have three ways in, and you can mix them on one booking.
At the top of the flight editor, Find a flight takes the airline code and number together, like AA 5504 or DL482, plus the flight date.
The airports, times, duration, airline, terminal and aircraft fill in from live flight data, so you know the flight really exists and the details are right. A blank starter leg is replaced, not kept beside it.
Why the date matters: the same flight number can fly a different route on another day. JourneyFuse never guesses today's date. If no date is set, it asks you for one.
Schedules are published roughly seven months ahead. A flight further out than that can't be found yet, so enter it by hand or paste the confirmation, and look it up later.
Import from confirmation reads an airline email, an itinerary or GDS text. If the text you paste has no dates in it, the departure and arrival dates stay blank for you to fill in rather than being set to today.
Each leg card has fields for airports, dates, times, cabin, seats, terminal and gate. The search icon beside a leg's flight number looks that one leg up, using the leg's own date.
Flight bookings have a Baggage fees link field under the flight details. Paste the airline's baggage page (delta.com/baggage works, and https:// is added for you). Your client sees a Baggage fees and allowances link with the flight in the portal and on the itinerary, next to the booking's cancellation terms. It's separate from the supplier's terms and conditions.
This is part of JourneyFuse’s travel proposal software: branded proposals clients can review, choose from and pay on.
The new-look Details & terms and Deposit & payments cards: field chips and presets, supplier terms, the deposit sentence and its four bases, installments, the payment table, and the three price promises.
Create stunning day-by-day itineraries your clients will love — with drag-and-drop blocks, image carousels, and a reusable template library.
The overview of Groups — coordinate multiple travelers under one record with a roster, shared itineraries, messaging, and an optional self-service booking page.
