JourneyFuse Training

Last updated September 23, 2026

Training (under Tools in the sidebar) is a set of short lessons that turn a new login into a confident advisor. Each lesson is a 2–3 minute walkthrough. Many also have a Do it task: you do the thing for real in your account, and the lesson ticks itself off. Nothing asks you to take our word for it, or yours.

Your progress is checked against your real work. A "Do it" lesson is done when JourneyFuse can see the result in your account: a form you created, a client you added, a proposal you sent. If you later delete that work, the lesson opens up again.

The Training home page

  • Up next — the big card at the top is always the next lesson in order. Press Resume lesson to jump straight into it. If there are hands-on tasks further along that you haven't done, Skip to what's left takes you to the first one.
  • Quick wins — lessons whose task you had already done before you started training. Watch the walkthrough and they tick off.
  • Time to your next badge — roughly how many minutes of lessons (plus the quiz) stand between you and your next certificate.
  • Streak — the flame counts the days in a row you've done something in Training. A lesson today keeps it going, and it isn't marked broken until the day after you miss.
  • Your path — every track in order. Tracks marked Coming soon are shown so you know what's next, but they can't be started yet.

Already set up before you started?

If your account already had forms, clients or proposals when you first opened Training, you'll be asked how to handle those lessons:

ChoiceWhat happens
Walk me through everythingNothing is pre-ticked. Each lesson ticks off once you watch it.
Tick them off, keep the videosYou get credit straight away, and the walkthroughs stay there if you want them.
Skip what I have doneThose lessons are folded away so you only see what's left.

You can change your answer later from the Training page.

Taking a lesson

Open a track and you'll see the lesson list on the left and the open lesson on the right. (On a phone, tap lessons done at the top to open the list.)

  • A green check means the lesson is done. An amber play icon means the task is done but the walkthrough is still waiting for you.
  • Use the arrows at the bottom of a lesson to move to the previous or next one.
  • A lesson without a "Do it" task has a Mark as done button.

"Your turn" tasks

A lesson with a task shows a short checklist: watch the walkthrough, then do the task.

  1. Press Do it now. JourneyFuse takes you to the right page.
  2. A small Training reminder follows you along the bottom of the screen while you work, naming the task you're on.
  3. When the task is done, the reminder turns green. Press Finish the lesson to go straight back.

If you did the task in another tab, come back to the lesson and it re-checks on its own. You can also press I did it — check. The reminder can be closed with its × at any time. It only lasts for the browser tab you started it in.

Certification

When every lesson in a track is done, take the short quiz at the bottom of the track page. You need about 80% to pass, and you can retry as often as you like. The questions you missed are marked for you.

Pass the quiz and finish every lesson, and you can generate your certificate, a public page with your name, the track and the date. From there you can:

  • Add to LinkedIn profile — fills in LinkedIn's Licenses & certifications form for you.
  • Post on LinkedIn — shares the certificate link to your feed.
  • Copy for email signature — copies a small linked badge. Paste it into your signature under Settings → Profile, so every client sees it.

For owners and admins: team progress

Owners and admins see Team progress at the bottom of the Training page:

  • Teammates are ranked by badges earned, then lessons done. Anyone who hasn't started shows a dash instead of a rank.
  • Last active shows when each person last did anything in Training.
  • Recent certificates are listed above the table.
  • Large teams show the top 10 first. Press Show all to see everyone.

Your own position is shown in the Your team tile at the top of the page.
