Every traveler in JourneyFuse can carry a set of loyalty memberships: the airlines they fly, the hotel chains they collect points with, their cruise line status, car rental profiles, and trusted-traveler numbers like TSA PreCheck and Global Entry. Recording them once means you stop digging through old emails for a Mileage Plan number every time you book.
Memberships are stored per traveler, not per trip, so they follow the client everywhere. On a Disney Cruise the Castaway Club tier you record here also drives the booking-window automations.
There are two places, and they edit the same list:
Both show the same chips and the same picker. Whatever you save in one shows up in the other.
A chip with an amber outline and a small add # label is missing its member number. That's the at-a-glance cue that a membership is recorded but not yet usable for a booking.
The picker groups programs by category:
| Category | Includes |
|---|---|
| Cruise | Disney Castaway Club, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian, Princess, Celebrity, MSC, Virgin Voyages, Holland America, Viking, AmaWaterways, Uniworld, Avalon / Globus, Scenic, Oceania, Regent, Silversea, Seabourn, Cunard, Windstar, Azamara |
| Theme parks | D23, Disney Visa Cardmember, Universal Annual Pass |
| Hotels | Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors, World of Hyatt, IHG One, Wyndham, Choice Privileges, Accor ALL, Best Western, Radisson, Leading Hotels of the World, Sandals & Beaches |
| Airlines | Delta, American, United, Southwest, Alaska, JetBlue, Air Canada, British Airways, Lufthansa, Air France / KLM, Virgin Atlantic, Emirates, Qatar, Iberia, Singapore, Qantas, Hawaiian, Frontier, Spirit, Allegiant, Breeze |
| Travel | TSA PreCheck, Global Entry, NEXUS, CLEAR, AAA, Hertz, Avis, National, Enterprise, Budget, Dollar |
Where a program has published elite tiers, the chip offers them in a dropdown. Programs without a formal tier ladder just take a member number.
Boutique tour operators, regional carriers, resort groups, and anything else can be added yourself:
The new program is added to this client right away, and it becomes available across your whole workspace — every advisor on your team can pick it for their own clients from then on. You only create it once.
If a supplier you added by hand later shows up in the built-in list, your version keeps working. Existing client records are never rewritten.
You don't have to type these in yourself. Add a Loyalty Programs field to any intake form in the Form Builder and clients fill in their own numbers. Submissions are matched against the built-in list automatically, so a client who writes "Delta SkyMiles" lands on the same Delta entry you'd have picked, and anything unrecognized becomes a custom program for your workspace rather than being dropped.
Organize your clients with custom color-coded tags, then filter your client list and target campaigns to specific segments.
Add notes to client and trip timelines, tag team members with @mentions, and keep a searchable history of interactions.
Set a personal reminder to reach out to a client every month, quarter, six months, or year, so the people who trust you never go quiet.
