Support Staff run your help desk: they reset logins and invite advisors, but by default they cannot see anyone's bookings or commissions. When advisors write in with questions like "did my booking land?" or "why did my commission move to Cancelled?", your support team had to pull in an owner.
See advisors' bookings and commissions is a per-person switch that gives a Support Staff member a read-only view of exactly that, without new seats and without any money controls.
It takes effect straight away. Switch it off the same way, and their access closes on their next click.
On any advisor's drawer in Settings → Advisors, they get a Bookings tab with:
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Commission submissions | Supplier, confirmation number, travel and booked dates, amounts (sale, gross, advisor commission), current status and where the money is (Received, Ready to pay, Paid). Click a row for its full history: every edit with before and after, cancellations and their reason, and when and why something was closed as a duplicate or withdrawn. |
| Bookings on their trips | Supplier, confirmation number, dates, total and status, linked to the trip. |
| Group requests | Status, dates, rooms and guests. Click one for its timeline, including reviewer notes marked "reviewers only". |
A search box at the top finds an entry by confirmation number or supplier, which is the quickest way to tell two look-alike entries apart.
They also get a Notes tab with your staff notes on that advisor. They can read every note, add their own, and delete only the ones they wrote. Advisors never see these notes.
The view is read only. A Support Staff member with this switch still cannot:
It covers front-line advisors only. Owners, admins and other Support Staff do not get a Bookings tab.
Is it logged? Yes. Each time someone opens an advisor's Bookings tab, it is recorded in that advisor's activity log.
Does it cost a seat? No. It is a switch on an existing Support Staff login.
Why does a submission show "Closed"? It was removed from the advisor's list, usually as a duplicate. Open the row to see the reason and when it happened.
