The commission ledger marks every commission whose client came from a lead your agency provided. Agencies use it to judge advisors on the bookings they found themselves, for example when staff, coaches and booking partners receive leads that other advisors do not.
Only owners and admins see it. Advisors never see the mark and cannot change it.
A lead counts when either is true:
A booking made before the lead came in is never marked.
Possible agency lead. When a booking is not linked to the client record but the client's name matches a lead the same advisor was given, it is marked Possible agency lead instead. It does not count as an agency lead until someone confirms it.
New and changed commissions are checked overnight.
The filter appears once at least one commission in the ledger is marked.
Open any commission. The Lead source section shows whether it came from an agency lead and why.
Your choice is kept. The overnight check never changes a commission someone has marked or cleared by hand.
This is part of JourneyFuse’s host agency software: advisor workspaces, commission splits and agency-wide visibility.
How a host agency hears about bookings on the confirmations feed that look wrong, gets an urgent email for last-minute travel, and clears a flag once it has been checked.
