You never have to leave JourneyFuse to get an answer. Help is built into the app in three places.
Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) anywhere in the app and start typing — "commission splits", "client portal", "import". Alongside your trips, clients, and leads, you'll see a Help articles section with matching guides from the Help Center. Select one and it opens in a side panel right where you are.
Pages you haven't used yet explain themselves. When a page is empty — no proposals yet, no automations yet — you'll see a short description of what the feature does plus a Learn how link that opens the full guide in a side panel. Two minutes of reading, then you're off.
Help articles open in a panel on the right side of the screen, so whatever you were doing stays put. When you're done reading, close the panel and pick up where you left off. Every panel also has an Open in Help Center link if you'd rather read the full-page version or share the article with a teammate.
The complete library — over a hundred articles across getting started, trips and proposals, commissions, invoicing, and more — lives at journeyfuse.com/kb. You can always reach it from the Help Center link at the bottom of the sidebar.
