You never have to leave JourneyFuse to get an answer. Help is built into the app in three places.
Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) anywhere in the app and start typing — "commission splits", "client portal", "import". Alongside your trips, clients, and leads, you'll see a Help articles section with matching guides from the Help Center. Select one and it opens in a side panel right where you are.
Whatever you type, the palette puts the result that best answers it in a Best match section at the top and highlights it, so Enter opens it straight away. An exact identifier always beats a partial name:

Below Best match you'll find the rest of the results: groups, ships and cabins, bookings, and people. When the best match is a person, the people sections come first.
Each client and traveler in the results shows their date of birth first — for example Born Mar 4, 1962 · latoya@example.com — so when you have several people with the same name you can pick the right one at a glance. People with no birthday on file show their email or household instead.
Type a departure date the way you would write it and the palette finds bookings leaving that day. All of these work, month first: 9/3/26, 09-03-26, 9-3-2026, 9.3.26, 2026-09-03, Aug 27 26, Aug 27, 2026, and August 2026 for a whole month.
A date that can't be a sailing is read as a date of birth instead. Barbara 5/23/45 finds Barbara born May 23, 1945 (not a 2045 cruise), and 1960/07/14 works too. A Born chip under the search box shows how the date was read. A recent past date like 8/15/2013 is searched both ways.
You can also type the date as bare digits — 090326 or 09032026. Because a run of digits can just as easily be a confirmation number, the palette searches both: bookings departing that day and bookings whose confirmation number contains those digits. Numbers that can't be a date (like 134455) are searched as confirmation numbers only.
Pages you haven't used yet explain themselves. When a page is empty — no proposals yet, no automations yet — you'll see a short description of what the feature does plus a Learn how link that opens the full guide in a side panel. Two minutes of reading, then you're off.
Help articles open in a panel on the right side of the screen, so whatever you were doing stays put. When you're done reading, close the panel and pick up where you left off. Every panel also has an Open in Help Center link if you'd rather read the full-page version or share the article with a teammate.
