JourneyFuse templates can be shared at three visibility levels — Private, Agency, or Community. This applies to itinerary templates, resource guides, forms, and email templates.
| Level | Who can see it | Use case |
|---|---|---|
| Private | Only your workspace | Personal templates, client-specific content |
| Agency | All workspaces in your agency | Reusable templates for your team |
| Community | All JourneyFuse users | Sharing with the broader advisor community |
When you share at the Community level, your template goes through an admin review before appearing publicly.
When saving or sharing a template, you'll see a visibility picker with three options: Private, Agency, and Community. Select the level you want and save.
The share dialog appears in:
Go to Templates → Gallery to browse available templates. The gallery is organized into three sections:
Use the search bar to find templates by name. Filter by type using the tabs: All, Forms, Email Templates, Itineraries, or Resource Guides.
Each template card shows:
To use someone else's template, click Clone. This creates a private copy in your workspace that you can customize. The original template's clone count increases by one.
Click any template card to preview its contents before cloning. The preview shows structured details relevant to the template type — field counts for forms, destinations for itineraries, subject lines for email packs, etc.
Tag your advisors with specialties like Disney or Royal Caribbean, then let routing rules assign every new lead to the right person automatically — with capacity limits, accept deadlines, and a command center to watch it all.
Manage agents, change their email, merge duplicate accounts, assign leads, bulk reassign clients, and control team permissions.
Set up your agent profile with business name, CLIA/IATAN credentials, certifications, sub-agency branding, and proposal privacy.
