Disney Dining Alerts

Last updated March 25, 2026

Scoring a reservation at Be Our Guest, Space 220, or Cinderella's Royal Table can feel impossible — spots fill up the moment the booking window opens, and cancellations appear randomly. Disney Dining Alerts watch these restaurants around the clock and email you the instant availability appears, so you can book it before it's gone.

How It Works

  1. You set up an alert — pick a restaurant, date, meal period, party size, and who to notify.
  2. JourneyFuse checks every 5 minutes — we query Disney's availability system automatically.
  3. You get an email the moment something opens — the alert fires, you (or your client) book it on Disney's site.
  4. The alert deactivates — no spam. One notification per find. Reactivate it from your dashboard if you need to keep watching.

Supported Restaurants

Every table-service restaurant across both resorts can be watched — the full dining catalog, grouped by park and resort so it's easy to browse.

  • Walt Disney World — Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, and the resort hotels, including hard-to-book favorites like Be Our Guest, Cinderella's Royal Table, Space 220, Oga's Cantina, Topolino's Terrace, Victoria & Albert's, and 'Ohana.
  • Disneyland Resort — Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure, Downtown Disney, and the resort hotels, including Blue Bayou, Carthay Circle, Napa Rose, and Lamplight Lounge.

Just pick a destination in the alert form and the full list for that resort appears, grouped by location. If you don't see a restaurant you're expecting, let us know and we'll add it.

Creating an Alert

Go to Dining Alerts in the sidebar (under Tools) and click New Alert.

  1. Choose a destination — Walt Disney World or Disneyland Resort.
  2. Pick a restaurant — restaurants are grouped by park/area for easy browsing.
  3. Set the date — must be in the future.
  4. Select a meal period — Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Any (checks all three).
  5. Party size — 1 to 20 guests.
  6. Time window (optional) — narrow the search to a specific window like 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
  7. Notification email — who should get the alert. Can be your email or a client's.

Click Create Alert and you're monitoring.

Managing Alerts

From the Dining Alerts page, you can:

  • Filter by status — All, Active, Found, Expired, or Cancelled.
  • Cancel an alert you no longer need.
  • Reactivate a found or cancelled alert to keep watching.
  • Edit the date, meal period, party size, or time window.

Alert Statuses

StatusMeaning
ActiveCurrently being checked every 5 minutes
FoundAvailability was detected — check your email and book!
ExpiredThe date has passed without finding availability
CancelledYou manually stopped the alert

Notification Emails

When availability is found, the notification email includes:

  • Restaurant name and location
  • Date, meal period, and party size
  • A direct Book Now link to Disney's dining reservation page
  • A reminder that the alert has been deactivated (reactivate from your dashboard if needed)

Emails use your agency's branding — your logo, colors, and name appear on the notification, not JourneyFuse.

Tips

  • Set alerts early — create them as soon as you know the travel dates, even before the Disney booking window opens.
  • Use the "Any" meal period — this checks breakfast, lunch, and dinner, tripling your chances.
  • Skip the time window — unless your client is very picky about dining times, leave this open for the best odds.
  • Alert your client directly — put their email in the notification field so they can book immediately without waiting for you to forward it.
  • Reactivate after booking — if you want a backup reservation or a better time, reactivate the alert to keep watching.

Limits

  • Up to 50 active alerts per workspace.
  • Alerts check every 5 minutes around the clock.
  • Alerts auto-expire when the date passes.
