Mobile App Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the JourneyFuse mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is a companion tool for travelers whose trips are managed by a travel agent using the JourneyFuse platform. The App allows you to:

• View trip itineraries, destinations, and travel details
• Access packing lists and points of interest
• Receive push notifications about trip updates
• Communicate with your travel agent via in-app messaging

The App provides read-only access to trip information managed by your travel agent. You cannot create, modify, or delete trip data through the App.

3. Access and Authentication

Access to the App is granted via an access code provided by your travel agent. You are responsible for keeping your access code confidential. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time if misuse is detected.

The App does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or set a password.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only to:

• View trip information shared with you by your travel agent
• Communicate with your travel agent about your trips
• Receive notifications about trip updates

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access trip data belonging to other travelers
• Share your access code with unauthorized individuals
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

5. Content Ownership

Trip data displayed in the App is managed by your travel agent and their agency. The JourneyFuse platform, App design, and underlying technology are the property of JourneyFuse LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

6. Push Notifications

The App may send push notifications about trip updates, itinerary changes, and messages from your travel agent. You can manage notification preferences through your device settings at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. TRIP INFORMATION DISPLAYED IN THE APP IS PROVIDED BY YOUR TRAVEL AGENT AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS ACCURACY.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOURNEYFUSE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

9. Termination

Your access to the App may be terminated at any time by your travel agent revoking your access code, or by us if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete the App and all local data at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
