1. Introduction

JourneyFuse LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the JourneyFuse mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App as a traveler.

The App is a companion for travelers whose trips are managed by a travel agent using the JourneyFuse platform. This policy applies specifically to the mobile app experience and the limited data it handles.

2. Information We Collect

Access code

You log in to the App using an access code provided by your travel agent. We do not collect your email address, password, or any other account credentials through the App.

Push notification token

If you enable push notifications, your device's push notification token is sent to our servers so we can deliver trip updates and messages from your travel agent. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

Camera access

The App requests camera access solely to scan QR codes for login. No photos or videos are captured, stored, or transmitted. Camera access is only used at the moment of scanning.

Device information

We collect basic device information (device type, operating system version) to ensure push notifications are delivered correctly. We do not collect device identifiers for advertising purposes.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect:

• Email addresses, passwords, or personal account information
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Contacts, photos, or other personal files
• Browsing history or cookies
• Payment or financial information
• Advertising identifiers or tracking data
• Analytics or usage tracking beyond basic error reporting

4. How We Use Your Information

The limited information we collect is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate your access to trip information shared by your travel agent
• Display your trip itineraries, packing lists, and points of interest
• Deliver push notifications about trip updates and messages
• Ensure the App functions correctly on your device

5. Trip Data

The trip information you view in the App (itineraries, destinations, packing lists, travel documents) is managed by your travel agent through the JourneyFuse platform. This data is displayed to you in read-only form. We do not sell, share, or use your trip data for any purpose other than displaying it to you within the App.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only accessible to:

• Your travel agent, who manages your trip through the JourneyFuse platform
• Our infrastructure providers (hosting and push notification delivery) who process data solely on our behalf

7. Data Security

Your access tokens are stored securely on your device using encrypted storage. All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted using TLS. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data in transit and at rest.

8. Data Retention

Your push notification token is retained only while your access code is active. When your travel agent revokes access or your code expires, associated data is removed from our servers. You can also delete your local data at any time by uninstalling the App.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Access to the App is controlled by travel agents who share access codes with their clients.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request information about what data we hold related to your access
• Request deletion of your data by contacting your travel agent or us directly
• Disable push notifications through your device settings
• Revoke camera permissions through your device settings
• Delete all local app data by uninstalling the App

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
