JourneyFuse uses artificial intelligence services to help travel advisors work more efficiently. This page lists the AI providers we integrate with and describes how each is used within our platform.
JourneyFuse uses OpenAI's GPT-4o and GPT-4o-mini models to power AI-assisted features including:
Data submitted to OpenAI is used solely to process the specific request. JourneyFuse does not use customer data to train AI models. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy for details on how OpenAI handles data.
AI features in JourneyFuse are opt-in actions (for example, clicking "Extract from email" or "Generate itinerary"). Data is only sent to AI providers when you explicitly trigger those features. We do not automatically pass your data or your clients' data to AI services in the background.
